摘要
Practical problems of the influence of electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields on the human body are discussed. The electromagnetic environment at power stations, at factories and in the home is analysed. The paper considers mechanisms of its action and describes the quantitative characteristic of intensity of industrial-frequency electric and magnetic fields when the action of these fields becomes apparent. A critical analysis of domestic and foreign standards for permissible field intensities is given. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
