Clustering the Countries According to Relation Between E-Government and Transparency

摘要：
This paper introduces E-government as a solution to reduce corruption in government activities. A description of corruption and its causes in many countries is presented. Correlation between e-government ranking and transparency ranking of 180 countries and also Islamic countries are measured. After that by using k-means clustering, all countries are allocated to clusters.
