the purpose of this article is to systematize the concepts of innovative infrastructure and infrastructure architecture using methods of system analysis, to consider the basic models of innovation infrastructure management and their application, taking into account the features of the innovation infrastructure, to develop a frame model for managing innovation infrastructure based on the methods of knowledge engineering.
