摘要：
Quantitative determination of beta,beta-dimethylacrylalkannin (1), teracrylalkannin (2) and isovalerylalkannin + alpha-methyl-n-butylalkannin (3 + 4) in Arnebia densiflora roots and extracts was established by TLC-densitometry. Data obtained by TLC were compared with those obtained by HPLC. Results showed that there were no significant differences in the determined naphthoquinone contents. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
