摘要：
A TLC-Densitometric procedure for determination of nicotine in serum is reported. Nicotine was extracted with ethylacetate from protein free serum almost quantitatively and evaporated to dryness with a stream of nitrogen. The residue was oxidized to nicotinic acid with concentrated nitric acid, diluted with methanol to a standard volume and then determined quantitatively by TLC-densitometer at lambda(max)262 nm.
