摘要：

The cadmium sulfide nanoparticles with a narrow size distribution diameter ranging from 60 to 80 nm were synthesized by a solution chemical route. The growth process of the cadmium sulfide nanoparticles is discussed. And the key factors that influence the diameter distribution of the cadmium sulfide nanoparticles were investigated.
