摘要
AN INNOVATIVE waste-products' mix incorporating black liquor and silica fume has been used as a concrete admixture and/or as a steel coating. It has been found that the use of such a novel mix improves the strength and long-term durability of concrete, as well as suppressing the corrosion of steel reinforcement due to penetration of aggressive ions from surrounding sulphate media.
