摘要
The effect of three types of graft on the "successful" or number of scions with sprouted buds in Porcelana cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) was evaluated. The types of grafts were: deft graft (CG), small patch (SP) (1 cm x 2 cm) and large patch (LP) (1 cm x 5 cm). It was used as rootstock Forastero cocoa of 2.5 months of age. The experimental design was completely randomized with 35 repetitions. The graft of CG reached the highest number of live scions and scions with buds budded (74.9%), it registered approximately double of SP (42.9%) and LP (37.1%). It is concluded that the graft of CG allowed a high percentage of successful from the third week.
