摘要
RNA secondary structure prediction is an active research topic for computational biology, and may evolutionary algorithms are applied to solve it. In this paper, a new variant of bat algorithm, changing range bat algorithm, is designed to solve it. This variant aims to mining the problem information behind the better individuals, and a changing range strategy is employed. To test the performance, the prediction of RNA secondary structure problem is selected to test. Simulation results show it is validity.
