摘要
The fundamental concepts of electromagnetism are reviewed on the basis of string theory, vacuum energy and fluid dynamics, particularly vortex induced vibrational modes. Coulomb's law, Ampere's law, and Maxwell's equations turn out to be the natural consequence of the presence of vibrating strings. The existence of an electric field and its close association with the magnetic field can be explained by considering the vibrational and rotational energies of strings. Here, we also show that the presence of vibrating strings explains successfully two components of electron's mass, namely, structural and electromagnetic, as expected from electrodynamical studies.
