摘要
In this paper, we have designed and fabricated a flexible skin conductance sensor using PDMS with a minimized skin contact area and increased device flexibility. These sensors can be used for the measurement of galvanic skin response which could be used to detect emotional activity and monitor human stress in daily life. The sensor performance has been experimentally verified using the BITalino (r)evolution Board Kit. Also, a comparative study on the sticking property of PDMS with Aluminum was conducted by exposing PDMS with Oxygen and Argon Plasma. It has been found that the one treated with Argon Plasma showed better hydrophilicity and sticking properties than oxygen.
