摘要：
Continuous cervical analgesia by epidural catheter provides a good pain relief for cancer patients with Pancoast syndrome resistant to systemic analgesics. Selective lateralized approach allows minimal drugs requirements, fewer side effects and a satisfactory duality of life for these ambulatory patients.
