摘要
Multiple small-intestinal perforations caused by Epstein-Barr virus-positive malignant lymphoma in children are rare in clinical practice. This article reports the case of a 17-month-old girl with multiple small-intestinal perforations caused by Epstein-Barr virus-positive malignant lymphoma. Closure of perforations was done, and severely involved intestine was resected. Pathological examination of the lesions showed Epstein-Barr virus-positive diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This patient recovered from the operation uneventfully and received a six-cycle regimen of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone combination chemotherapy. For multiple perforation of the digestive tract, it is necessary to carefully explore and suture during the operation. In addition, pediatric DLBCL required timely chemotherapy after surgery.
