摘要：
The course of ideological and moral cultivation & basic legal offered by higher vocational colleges is of great significance to guide students' healthy growth and all-round development. In order to improve the quality of teaching, we must focus on the outstanding problems in the teaching process, from the teaching ideas, teaching methods, assessment methods and other aspects of reform, innovation and enhance the effectiveness of this course.
