Decoupling Predictive Current Control for Traction Line-Side Converter in High-Speed Railway

摘要
This paper proposed a decoupling predictive current control method for the application of traction line-side converter in high-speed railway. The method adopts a decoupled discrete-time model of the system to predict the future value of input current for all possible voltage vectors generated by the converter. Considering the calculation time, two-step prediction is taken in the scheme. The voltage vector which can minimize the quality function is selected and applied at next interval. The quality function is used to evaluate the current error at the next second sampling time. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the traditional transient direct current control (TDCC). The results show that the proposed method can perform better stability and smoothness in the input current of converter and the dc-link voltage than traditional TDCC.
