摘要
Gastric duplication (GD) is a rare gastrointestinal tract malformation, while congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) is also a rare congenital malformation. We reported a newborn whose transabdominal ultrasonography suggested GD and the subsequent computed tomography. (CT) examination indicated concurrent type II CPAM in left lower lobe. The patient received open surgery to remove the gastric mass and the left lower lobe mass at the same time, which were confirmed pathologically to be GD and type II CPAM of left lung. To the best of our knowledge, this was the first report on the special case of GD combined with CPAM in English literature.
