摘要
The economy is undergoing fundamental changes caused by the introduction of information technology and artificial intelligence into production, services and all sectors of the economy. The fourth industrial revolution is becoming a very topical and debated topic. The changes it brings are fundamental. Industry 4.0 concept affects not only science, research, industry, but also education and society as a whole. Opinions on the impact of the Industrial Revolution to the future demands on manpower and labor market varies. The aim of the paper is to identify changes in education due to changing labor market conditions within technological innovations. Research focuses on teaching at secondary level - secondary vocational schools are most affected by the changes introduced by the introduction of automation and robotics in manufacturing. Research shows that the current set-up of the education system is insufficient and the education programs are rigid.
