摘要
The importance of nanoparticle shape on the flow of nanofluid for the application of energy conversion, micromixing, etc., is vital. The study reveals the flow of a conducting nanofluid to enrich the heat transfer phenomena considering Fe3O4-water-based nanofluid. The flow past a radically extended sheet for the influence of radiative heat energy. As a novelty, the study takes place considering various shapes of the proposed nanoparticles such as column, sphere, hexahedron, tetrahedron, and lamina. A suitable similar transformation is imposed for the governing equations to convert into a set of ODEs. Further, a numerical technique with help of in-build code bvp5c is used for the solution of the transformed problem. However, the physical behavior of several parameters on the flow phenomena as well as engineering coefficients is displayed via graphs and elaborated.
