Nongeometric Poincare invariance of curl-subsystem of Maxwell equations for the free fields and conservation laws

摘要：
Earlier a nonlocal representation of Poincare group P(1,3) had been found as the algebra of invariance for both curl-subsystem of the Maxwell equations and the complete system of the Maxwell equations. Here the first physical consequences of this symmetry are investigated. In this paper we obtain the conservation laws as consequences of the above mentioned symmetries using the Noether theorem.
