摘要
Interoperability is the important issue to enterprise information systems (EIS). However, it is caused by different requirements and interaction between business and IT systems. Convergence of the two systems in EIS development is to effectively align the IT and business strategies of enterprises with processes and resources through standardized and integrated enterprise architecture. These require effective solutions that coordinate suitable technologies with business applications to enable seamless integration of business, organization and information technology. This paper describes Enterprise Isomorphic Architecture (EIA) which facilitates convergence for business capability and IT infrastructure by consolidating processes between these two domains as well as business changes with simultaneous evolution of the IT infrastructure. Five modules in EIA is proposed with a focus on the mechanism of Enterprise Isomorphic Logical Module (EILM) being the core of EIA, which was developed on three levels of syntactic, semantic and pragmatic for other modules to interact with each other.
