Research on Information-sharing Model for Supply Chain Based on the Perspective of Industrial 4.0

With the arrival of the industrial 4.0 era and the promotion of "One Belt One Road" Initiative, China's traditional manufacturing enterprises are undergoing a profound transformation. In order to quickly adapt to the rapid development of the environment and to globalize, the present situation of manufacturing industry, which is "big and not strong", needs to be changed. The information-sharing strategy of supply chain plays an important role in the development and appreciation of manufacturing industry. Based on the analysis of China's manufacturing industry in current situation, this paper aims to explore the supply chain information sharing model which is best suited to the traditional manufacturing industry.
