摘要
Pingdingshan mining area has D, E, F three groups of coal, and they all soft and outburst coal seam, and the relative distance between they is up to 28-35 and 45-50. It is the most effective and economic regional gas control measures to take protective coal seam mining. The stress, deformation, and movement of upper coal & rock seams are simulated by the UDEC with the down protective coal seam exploited. The results show that the stress can be relieved greatly, and the deformation regions in the protected coals seam shows M-shaped form, symmetrically distributed in two sides. The stable dilation rate is up to 4.5 parts per thousand, and the permeability enhances greatly, though the distance and relative distance between the three groups of coal seam are every far without precedent at home and aboard. So changing mining layout at present to take the method of protective coal seam mining, and reasonable gas extraction measures, have an important role in regional control for coal & gas outburst and rock burst, and realizing the safe and high-efficient exploitation of coal and gas successfully.
