摘要：
The author emphasizes the contribution of higher education which should adapt to the needs of knowledge society. The Faculty of Mass Media Communications with a view to implement this project seeks to promote the quality of education in order to adapt to current and future needs of the knowledge society. Post information on the specific objectives of the project: introduction of a direct measurement of the quality of curriculum, the introduction to implemented measures improving the quality of education in the teaching process, removing the information inequality in relation to public univeristies concerning higher education in the curriculum, creating a cyclical management of the evaluation of use of external evaluation instruments.
