摘要
A deep drawing process of titanium sheets having high normal anisotropy is simulated by a rigid-plastic finite element method. The rigid-plastic finite element method is formulated on the basis of Hill's anisotropic yield criterion to take the normal anisotropy into consideration. The effect of the normal anisotropy on the deformation behaviour in an axi-symmetric deep drawing of titanium sheets is examined from the finite element simulation. The information obtained by the finite element simulation is useful for the design of deep drawing of titanium sheets.
