摘要
Resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta (REBOA) has recently been applied for hemorrhagic shock due to abdominal or pelvic trauma. There are few reports about the advantages of REBOA, except maintaining the hemodynamic status. However, its effect on the survival remains controversial.
