摘要：
Leisure tourism can be divided into leisure activities tourism and leisure vacation tourism according to the length of the visitors' stay time. When making development strategy of leisure tourism project, first of all to be considered is the project position. Then positioning the leisure tourism project should not only consider the endowment of resources, but also target customer group and its demand characteristics. That is determining function design and facilities arrangement of the project based on visitors' demand.
