摘要
MicroRNAs(miRNAs), widely existed in various organisms, play important roles in the regulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Cell signaling pathways transduce extracellular stimuli into cells and provoke a series of physiological and pathological effects, resulting in cell fate determination. This review summarizes the reciprocal interactions of microRNAs and cell signaling pathways, revealing a miRNA-integrated signaling pathways and network in cells.
