摘要：
A supply chain system consisting of a supplier, a third-party logistics provider and a retailer is discussed in this paper. Under the assumption that the market demand depends on the selling price and marketing expenditure, the optimal decisions of decentralized and centralized models are presented. Numerical examples are given in the last.
