Analysis on Logistics Distribution Models of the Chain-store Management Under the E-commerce Environment

Under the fiercely economic competition, most of the chain-store organizations are exploring the e-commerce together with the traditional offline business, while they are also facing the challenge of ineffective logistics distribution network. In this paper, the combination of chain-store operation and e-commerce will be discussed firstly. Then the focus will be on the logistics distribution models of the chain-store management under the e-commerce environment, which are self-running model, cooperation model, supplying model, and third-party model.
