摘要
A novel agent-based sensing-system reconfiguration methodology is proposed for the surveillance of time-varying geometry objects/subjects (targets). The methodology advocates the use of a multi-camera active-vision system for improved performance via the selection of optimal viewpoints along a time horizon - i.e., maximize the visibility of target's time-varying form as it moves through a cluttered dynamic environment. Extensive simulated experiments have clearly shown the potential performance gains.
