摘要
In this work, the field-to-wire coupling model based on the transmission line theory is utilized to study the terminal response of the Twisted-wire pairs (TWP). The TWP irradiated by a uniform plane wave. The coupling characteristics was obtained by modifying the pitch and length of the TWP. The results show that: a) the power dissipation induced at the end decreases with the reduction of the pitch of the TWP; b) when the TWP is electrically-short at the frequency of interest, the power dissipation induced at the end increases as the length of the TWP increases; c) When the length of the TWP is an odd multiple of one-half wavelength corresponding to the frequency point, the power dissipation induced at the end has a maximum value; d) From the spectrum diagram, it can be concluded that the total length of the twisted pair only affects the frequency of the resonance and does not affect the coupling energy amplitude.
