摘要：
This paper discusses the characteristics of investment and the implication of sunk cost. Using a two-stage Cournot model and a binomial tree model, the paper studies the relationship between sunk cost and investment decision and believes that sunk cost affects investment decision directly. Considering in a long continuous decision, sunk, assets are losses of efficiency of firm assets.
