摘要
By 2013, each Polish university will have to comply with the National Qualification Framework of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The new competences, defined in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process, will include Information Literacy. The Warsaw University of Technology is currently implementing the Process. Library' efforts were accepted mainly, but not only, for the first year students who have to get credits for it from all departments. These training is obligatory. The training will help the 1st year students become acquainted with the whole range of possibilities offered by our library. Only two chemistry departments of the WUT cooperate with the Library and the Information Literacy program is addressed to postgraduate students to support specific courses and learning. Three years ago, Information Literacy was also implemented into the PhD curriculum. Until now, there are only four hours of lectures, but in May 2012 (Summer Semester) also" RefWorks" ecourse will be obligatory. The authors present their experiences in creating and implementing blended learning in Information Literacy at several departments of the WUT last year: E-course " Overview of sources in the field of chemistry and related sciences". The course is addressed to students of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, medical engineering, environmental engineering and biotechnology. E-course " RefWorks" addressed to all library users groups (students, faculty, librarians); The authors would like to demonstrate that the Library Moodle Platform could be used to support and complement the course curriculum and that the Platform is a practical means of promoting and enhancing students' use of information resources. The Warsaw University of Technology also plans to develop basic and advanced level Information Literacy in future by introducing blended learning.
