摘要
In this paper we deal with discrete models of infectious disease spread. We come out from classical continuous Kermack-McKendrick compartmental approach which is transformed into the form of discrete simulation model. Next we generalize it by defining a concept of temporal communities which every individual is incorporated into. Temporal communities are built dynamically according to living rules from individuals in various stage of infection. Proper creation on communities is ensured by formerly developed algorithms including nested simulation.
