摘要：

Rural infrastructure construction is significant for promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. How to realize the goal and task of rural infrastructure construction in Jiangsu Province is an urgent issue demanding a solution. This thesis starts from introducing the evaluation model and operation mechanism of investment and financing system, and then evaluates the investment in improving the rural infrastructure construction in Jiangsu Province, and discusses the effective methods to accelerate the synthetic infrastructure construction of the rural areas in Jiangsu Province.
