In life, the development of the computer information technology makes people more convenience in our daily life, in essence, the quality of life have been changed. In the field of information processing technology is more effective. Apply it to the giant in the computer, to the top super large integrated circuit as a computer, the basis of the computer, the function configuration of general computing power, speed and storage space performance are greatly improved. Our article combines the advantages of the convex optimization theory to polish the basic principles of the computer applications and managements that is innovative.
