摘要
In this paper, the cashmere/viscose mixture fabric dyed with reactive dyes in one-bath was discussed. The same dyeing velocity and ratio of cashmere and viscose fiber were selected. We confirmed the advisable reactive dyes and dyeing conditions of cashmere/viscose mixture fabric dyeing in one-bath. In the case of that, the same colour could be obtained if the mixture fabric was dyed in one-bath with reactive dyes. The surface zeta potential of cashmere fiber and viscose fiber were tested: The results showed that the dyeing velocities and the dyeing fastness of the fibers in cashmere/viscose mixture fabric were correlative with their surface zeta potential. So the dynamic equation of competitive dyeing for cashmere and viscose fiber was built as the mixture fabric dyed in one-bath with reactive fabric. And the dyeing mechanism of cashmere/viscose mixture fabric dyeing with active dyes in one-bath was validated by experimental testing data.
