摘要
Habitat use by oribis was quantified in relation to aspect, slope, topography, and vegetation type at midland elevations in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, both on farmland and in nature reserves. Oribis preferred north-facing and east-facing slopes with a gradient of 5 degrees-10 degrees on ridge terraces; and selected grassland, veld hayfields, and planted hayfields. These results are of considerable importance for management of this species.
