摘要
Virtual Reality is a complex integrated system that consists of a number of active objects. Object oriented is a suitable methodology in addition to a method for Virtual Reality System Building. Nevertheless, there are two blemishes for this: The objects are passive but not driving; The current message transferring mechanism cannot satisfy the intricacy relationship between objects. This paper considers that agent oriented and a new distributed object computational mode are Duo key to over these difficulties. As an example, this paper analysis how to mend VRML97 to build zooVR - a VR system which simulates an evolutionary zoology system. As the conclusion, the object oriented based method that supports agent in a well-distributed object computational mode would be suitable to virtual reality system building.
