Research on Saving Electric Energy of Practical Teaching in Colleges and Universities

摘要
In the practical teaching, colleges and universities commonly use gold machine tools such as the engine lathe, the universal miller, the universal shaper, the surface grinding machine, etc. and adopt the three-phase AC asynchronous cage motor as JO(2) and Y series, which shares 60% of electromechanical equipments used in colleges and universities' practical teaching. According to the relevant principles and scientific research achievements, and combined with teaching practices, this paper mainly pay attention to the soft start of electromechanical equipments and reactive power compensation to save electric energy in conventional practical teaching. Meanwhile, this paper also discusses the soft start saving method of the synchronous motor and the asynchronous motor as well as the theory and method of how the motor drag the perceptual active load equipment to realize the reactive compensation power saving on the spot.
