摘要
In this paper, we discuss the cooperation of incentives, development, and re-cooperation in Chinese small and medium-sized logistic companies. We find that modem enterprises' performance in operation does not only depend on how many resources the enterprises have but on how many resources they can integrate even though they do not have all ownership of the resources. So, the cognitional changes urge the enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to regulate the structure of their organization and try to manager their business eagerly by inter-industry, trans-regional and inter-cooperative networks. Based on the research finding and theory of enterprises cooperation, and in view of the features of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyze the model of cooperation and adopt some data to support the decision that any input in or devotion to the cooperation between small logistics companies will influence each other in strategic value, economic benefits and intangible assets and equity subsequently companies' acquirement of economic benefit form the cooperation will influence the companies' input in or devotion to the cooperation. The variety, quantity, quality and return of input in or devotion to the cooperation have quite many influences on the trust on each other. pg 631
