Coherency and phase measurements in a quantum dot in Kondo regime

摘要
The coherency and phase evolution in a quantum dot (QD) with Kondo correlation were studied via electron interference experiment. The electron transport in the Kondo regime is verified to be coherent. The phase is found to evolve in a range twice as large as the theoretically predicted one. Furthermore, the phase evolution in the Kondo regime is drastically different than the Coulomb Blockade regime and is highly sensitive to the onset of Kondo correlation, thus serving as a new fingerprint of the Kondo effect.
