摘要
A direct analytical and numerical method independent of the existing classical methods for solving linear and nonlinear vibration problems is given with the introduction of a piecewise constant argument [Nt]IN. A new numerical method which produces sufficiently accurate results with good convergence is introduced. Development of the formulae for numerical calculations is based on the original governing differential equations. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
