摘要
In this study, the volatile constituents of Magnolia denudata Desr flowers, including budding flowers, blooming flowers and withered flowers, were investigated by headspace (HS) solid-phase microextraction(SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Different SPME parameters (extraction temperature and extraction time) and fibres were studied. There are 47 compounds, 32 compounds, 31 compounds detected in budding, blooming and withered flowers, respectively. The result showed that HS-SPME-GC-MS afforded a simple, rapid, solvent-free method suitable for analysis of volatile compounds emitted from Magnolia denudata Desr flowers in different florescence.
