Impact Analysis of EVs' Quick Charging on the Economic Operation of Power Distribution System

摘要
In this paper, accessing EV (electric vehicle) quick charging to power grid is studied under three levels: EV penetration, charging location, and charging mode. Impacts on the peak-valley difference, load rate, and grid loss rate are evaluated under each level based on calculation results. According to distribution network data and EV load forecasting of a certain area, a higher EV penetration results to a larger quick charging influence on distribution network and the proposed EV orderly charging model can guarantee the economic operation of power distribution system mostly.
