摘要
The polarization state of the radar antenna is slow changed, which makes the radar can estimate the polarization parameters of the signal. This paper presents a new method based on the observation equation by least squares method, considering the radar observation equation of antenna polarization matrix is built in the complex domain, we puts forward a transformation method to realize real coefficient estimation to complex coefficient estimation, and gives the mathematical proof. The performance of the algorithm is proved by the simulation experiment and antenna characteristic data, and the estimation accuracy of the polarization component and the vertical polarization component can meet the application requirements.
