摘要
As China's rapid economic development and deepening of economic reform, the traditional rail transport cannot meet the market demand. It is imperative to establish a multi-functional modern railway logistics center (Hereinafter referred to as RLC) to enhance the service quality of rail freight. On the basis of making a distinction between RLC and traditional rail freight station, and that between RLC and general logistics center, the paper studied the targets and basis of function setting of RLC, and then gave advices on the setting of basic functions and value-added functions of RLC.
