摘要：
FRP have been used in many civil engineering applications, such as short and long span bridges, buildings, off-shore structures, retaining walls etc. Use of these materials could significantly increase the life time of structures, minimizing the maintenance requirements and consequently off-set the current high costs of FRP products. The article gives information on inspection, maintenance and durability of FRP system used for strengthening of masonry structures.
