The sustainable development of China's manufacturing green innovation system (MGIS) is of great significance for China's economy and society development in the long run. However, the definition and quantitative standards of the sustainable development of China's MGIS are not clear. First of all, this paper analyzes the influential factors of MGIS's sustainable development from the aspects of circle economic development, green economic development and low-carbon economic development, and then constructs a conceptual model of the sustainable developing benefits of China's MGIS. Secondly, this paper analyzes the evaluation index system of China's sustainable development of MGIS, including circulation benefits, green benefits and low-carbon benefits. Taking 28 manufacturing industries as samples, this paper evaluates the sustainable developing benefits of China's MGIS by using the AHP-FUZZY method. And the results show that the sustainable developing benefits of China's manufacturing at a medium level, and the circulation benefits are better than that of the green benefits and the low-carbon benefits. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the sustainable developing benefits of China's MGIS.
