摘要：
This paper investigates daily tilting and monthly tilting cases for solar modules by means of the total solar radiation received on the module surface. Optimum tilt angles for both cases are calculated based on total solar radiation and tilt angle correlations by a Matlab program. The obtained results of the program are used to compare the solar gain of two tilting cases. In conclusion a manual single axis solar tracking system design which operates monthly is proposed after evaluating the current solar tracking system designs in the literature.
